Review content:
I have frequented China Cafe for several years now, for three reasons: their service, the food and its value. To me, a great chef is defined by his sauces. This is what separates Kelly Chang's food from the other Chinese restaurants in town. From the savory oyster sauce with his sea bass, to sweet , or the spicy five pepper shrimp, it's tough to choose from the menu, so I often ask Kelly to surprise me. I used to go to Windsor for this quality. Susana and Kelly are great hosts, but I always feel welcomed by his friendly staff, who know my kids names and always ask about them when we visit. By the way, ask him if he found anything special on that day's shopping for fresh entrees. You might be surprised by talapia or spare ribs that aren't on the menu! Not just a great Chinese restaurant, a great restaurant period.
Pros: Great selection, service
