I recently used Siggins to get my engagement ring and wedding bands. After being married for a few short months, I lost my center stone. Thankfully my husband found the stone, as it is a family stone!!
After leaving several messages and personally being dodged over the phone by the owner herself, I decided to take my ring to another helpful jeweler in town to be repaired. The owner of Siggins also refused to help in my repair bills due to her poor craftsmanship.
At the end of the day all Siggins gave me was a poorly crafted ring, a large repair bill and a very unprofessional appraisal.
