I am so displeased with this business and I will never go back, nor will I reccomend them to anyone.
I am a nursing mother and before I conceived I was a 38DDD on one side and a 38DD on the other. They fitted me for a maternity bra that looked amazing under my shirt. I went home and tried to feed my daughter and the bra is restricting my larger breast- my daughter cannot latch on.
I called the company the next day and told them the bra isn't allowing me to feed my child. They told me they do no refunds or exnahges but after I expressed my dissapointment they told me to come back in.
So I put my 8 week old back in my car and drove all the way up there (45 minutes one way) and they told me that the bra fit fine and they wouldn't do anything more for me because it was already worn.
Such an unprofessional business. Although they are correct- the bra does fit (like a NON nursing bra would- but this nursing bra doesn't fit my breasts)- my child cannot latch on because of the shape the bra forces my breast to take.
They won't take refunds or exchanges on anything worn- HOW WOULD I HAVE KNOWN IT DIDN'T FIT UNLESS I WORE IT????
