Review content:
We used Lewis Pools this past June 2005 - Darnell the owner was very knowledgeable and super helpful. She is very quick, direct and to the point - some might find this intimidating but she really knows her business. We met with her on a Monday and she ordered all of the material for the job by Wednesday and by Friday she had all of the material stored in her warehouse even though they would not start working on our house for another month. She helped us chose the tile, coping and even helped us decide what color concrete to do around the pool area - she was very helpful and much appreciated! They are very organized and efficient. Esther calls the night before to let you know at what time their people will be out working at your home- she was a bit hard to talk to but is very efficient in giving you the necessary information as to what will be happening the next day.
The job was done very well - and quickly. All of their people were very professional - they all wore shirts with the company name and drove trucks with the company name on it. We had no complaints and would use them again in a flash.
They are a super company!!! I highly recommend them!
