Review content:
The scheduling rep was polite and efficient, and the plumber arrived on time to repair a bathtub leak and broken shower diverter. He was also very polite.
A new diverter had to be ordered, which was OK, because there was no hurry to fix it. Plumber came back the next day and installed the new diverter and rebuilt the faucet handle.
Unfortunately I'm going to have to call Roto-Rooter back out to fix the trickle of water that now comes out of the faucet when the shower is running. After paying $285 I don't feel that this should be happening.
Pros: Efficient scheduling, prompt service
Cons: In fixing the problem caused another one
