My 18 and 21-year-old daughters and I wanted to enjoy the afternoon at the spa - have a massage and a "milk and honey bath" - a treat for the girls... the massage was wonderful, particularly with Heather - but the facilities left a lot to be desired. There was really not much of an area for us to wait and spend time together - only a "quiet room" - no snacks at all (they were out of fruit and granola), no tea or coffee - there was ice water with slices of lemon in a dispenser. We had 2 hours between the massages since there were 3 of us - and really not much to entertain us - no jacuzzi or sauna - there is a small steam room which one of my daughters tried and said was "creepy". When we asked we were offered a select menu for a nearby restaurant - and they did deliver a half sandwich and a side salad for 12 dollars - a "special spa price" - which we ate in the "quiet room" where onlookers wondered where their food was I am sure. There was no patio or other place to eat it, and we were wearing robes and could not really leave to eat outside... anyway... I feel pretty good after the massage... will not likely go back to this facility though, at least not with friends or family. Pros: Massage was Heavenly - Heather was terrific! Cons: Facility not very inviting to stay the day...
