I was given a gift certificate for Sugar to Spice and had a good enough experience that I plan to return in the future. Things started out roughly, as the girl who answered the phone when I called to make an appointment was less than helpful and gave me incorrect info about my gift certificate. Once that was straightened out, though,. my experience was quite positive. I was running late for my appointment and called to see if I needed to cancel. Lisa, the pedicurist, was very accommodating and allowed me to arrive late. Lisa did a really nice job on my toes, and the paint lasted for a long time. I was a little bit irritated that they did not have the color that I used in stock to buy for touch-ups, but otherwise i was pleased.
