Where else can you find a hat made of fake fur for Burning Man?
Diddams in Mtn View, of course, which sells all types of costumes and party favors.
We were looking for costumes we could wear to Burning Man on the playa, and Diddam's had all the random party hats you need. (We found over 20 kinds of furry hats).
The prices are moderately expensive--this isn't a discount store. But for the selection of paper plates, face paints, halloween costumes, and other random party favors, you can't beat Diddam's selection.
Our favorite find: 200 ft of "rope light" to light up our huge tent at burning man.
One caveat: for "open" costumes or "unpackaged" goods, all sales are final; Diddam's won't take them back.
