Review content:
I used to go to Video 59 all the time while living in Des Plaines. It's a small little video store in a strip mall off of Potter and is a nice change of pace from your everyday Blockbuster or Hollywood Video. Because of its size, the selection isn't that great but it's nice sometimes to be in a small place that has just a couple of employees and a handful of customers at any one time. On a side note, I used to always get a good chuckle at the customers who would have a balance on their accounts and get chewed out by the owner who refused to let them rent new stuff until they cleared their debt. This used to happen on every trip there, without fail.
