i actually came to this orange pearl with not much expectations. i had a not so good experience at the orange pearl in flamingo, they have bad customer service, the employees don't smile and are not helpful. sometimes i'd find that the toppings aren't fresh and what was the final straw was that their blended drinks tasted terrible. so when i saw the orange pearl in charleston i expected the same thing, only reason i went was just get some yogurt which i do like a lot. this orange pearl, it was a whole new experience for me. soon as i walked in the employees welcomed me, helped me through the menue and they were just really friendly. their toppings were really fresh and their blended drink (which i got when i saw the pix of it) was really good! i couldn't believe how different the two stores are and i really love this orange pearl and will be coming to this store regularly.
Pros: excellent service and really good yogurt
