Would not recommend. I hired billy to remodel my kitchen He did finish the job after repeated threats. I believe the only reason he finished was due to the fact that I held out money until the job was finished. One of his contractors called me and advised that they had not been paid and that they were going to place a lien on my property for non payment. I ended up paying an additional 1000.00 to the contractor to keep them from placing a lien on my property. Billy is very inconsistent on his arrival time and always has a crisis that causes him to be late or not show up.
