I was treated to a massage gift certificate a the Covenant Wellness Center by a friend. They had many different times and people to choose from. So it was easy to get an appointment. I had the hour long massage so it was from head to toe. They take you back to a secluded quiet room. Once you are ready the massage therapist asks to see what type of massage you are looking for. After she/he establishes that they get to work giving you a great massage. The lady I had was very quiet and didnt talk at all during the process which makes it even more relaxing.
