Review content:
The staff at New Century are an honest group of people. I shop there for all my brake, wheel, and tire work. The shop is family owned and they quote me prices that are usually cheaper than the competitors. They are also a Tire Rack authorized installer that can accept drop ships. Last time I was there, the mechanic sat down with me and explained in detail what was wrong with my shocks. My only minor gripes is that sometimes the work takes a little longer than I figure and the waiting/lounge area is very small.
