Review content:
As longtime Fort Bend County Residents, we were looking for a very unique product to purchase. We were interested in downsizing and moving to a patio home in Sugar Land with low maintenance, on the water and one with plenty of back yard space for entertainment areas. After searching for 2 years and looking at several custom builders in Sugar Land, we found ZK Homes in Enclave at Lake Pointe to be the only one to suit our needs.
At the time of our first visit, the community was still in the development phase. Once we walked their homes in Pine Ridge Villas and met with John Kirksey and Lee Zieben, we had no reservations about being the first residents to build in this private gated community. We found everyone at ZK Homes to be very responsive and accommodating to our needs which made building our custom home very easy and stress free. We enjoy our home and would strongly recommend them to our friends and family.
