Thank you PA Bakery for being so responsive! After spending more than $100, an hour of my time with one of your employees, and providing the crib blanket with the design on it and multiple photos to assist your cake designer, you provided a cake that was NOT what I ordered. And the cupcakes that went with it looked li...ke they came from Giant. White icing spraypainted pink - the order sheet CLEARLY spelled out what colors the cupcakes were to be. I didn't pay TPB prices because I wanted cupcakes that looked like Giant. When I asked to speak with the owner Ken, he dismissed me and said take it or leave it. REALLY!?!? Baby shower was in one hour. I won't be coming back to your store!
