Review content:
Those who are willing to brave the Jersey City's famous Newark Avenue Parking nightmare, and find their way through the crowded streets, and squeeze through the double doors, and put up with the less than stellar waiters will be rewarded with what I believe is to be the best Indian restaurant in a very large radius, New York included. I won't say how the food is other than that its delicious. There really is no point until you give your own verdict. The variety is good ( although no South Indian food is offered; sorry dosa fans), the prices are tame ( A lunch buffet is $11 per person, a dinner for four should be under $50) but MOST importantly the serving portions are generous. Folks who need strong drinks will cherish the bar and drink offerings. For newbies, bring along an experienced hand, the waiters....leave you wanting in service and knowledge. All in all this restaurant ranks #1 of my top 20 Indian Restaurants.
