I noticed my outlets in the kitchen smelled like they were burning, I was not sure what to do so I called an electrical contractor in our community for a service call. They were very courteous and let me know the service technicians name that would be coming out that day. They also verified they were licensed and insured. They also told me they would call and let me know 30 minutes before he would arrive in case I had to leave work or meet him there.When he arrived and did his troubleshoot on the electrical problem, he advised me that I had a burnt lug in my meter and it needed to be replaced.The disconnect , repairs and the reconnect of our service was done all in the same day . I just wanted your company to know it was a good experience with reasonable prices and I will definitely use your company as a referral to my friends and family.
Pros: !!!! User Friendly !!!
Cons: Now you wished you had called Saguaro first.....
