Review content:
The absolute worst customer experiences I have ever had...I've dealt with all kinds of motorcycle dealers and service people and these people are without a doubt the bottom of the barrell. I tried to make it work with Cycle Stop by going there 3 separate times, but each time got the same lousy treatment from sales staff, counter workers and the entire service department.
It might have helped if the people there were knowledgeable, but they are dumb and rude, so that is 2 strikes against them right out of the gate. If I have to spend my money at a dealer for sales or service it will definitely be at Stan's in Batavia, which is 40 minutes from me, but worth every minute not to be dealt with like I am doing them a favor by bringing them my bike for service. Cycle Stop has seen the last of my business and I would suggest to anyone that I know to stay away from that place - don't even buy a t-shirt there, they don't deserve a dollar of anyone's business. That is probably why their little annex closed down - can't win customers over by being a butt hole.
Pros: None
Cons: Lousy sales people and customer representatives
