Review content:
First off I am well aware that it is summer time and Pool Maintenance companies are busy. With that said, there is no reason that it should take 5 calls with messages left, with no return calls to schedule an appointment. Finally when someone in the office was reached the customer service level ranks well below what would be expected. When the field person arrived at the house he was great, no complaints about him, but as a whole I rank this company below what my expected service level would be. I am not happy with Geremia Pools and will defiantly be recommending a new company for pool service. I do not expect go give Geremia Pools anymore of my business.
Pros: Nice Service Tech
