Review content:
De Lauer Super Newsstand, located in the heart of Oakland's downtown, carries a wide selection of newspapers, magazines, and even paperback novels. I've been there a number of times, even as late as midnight and it was still open. Actually, this shop is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week! During that late visit, I was looking for neither for the newspapers nor the magazines. I actually went there just to buy individual packs of Upper Deck basketball cards. Also, if you're a student in desperate need of an SAT guide or Cliff's Notes to finish a report due the next morning, De Lauer is the place to go (that is if you don't have internet access at home to be able to get book notes or SAT advice to begin with).
