El Cholo is on Whilshire and happens to be conveniently located almost 11 blocks from the Promenade.
Solid Mexican food with great chips and salsa. Service has been less than positive for sometimes it takes 45 minutes to get your food.
Upper floor for dining too. Beautiful views of all the people eating fajitas.
