Review content:
Many years ago, before dealing with ans-r-best call centers, I went through several call centers. The first and cheapest I chose was The Call Board. They seemed pretty good at first, but then they started slipping and they started slipping big time. They weren't the least bit concerned that they were "forgetting" to log job calls when our guys weren't reachable, and then they had the nerve to act surprised when we told them that we were very upset with their service and would be looking for another. Either they don't pay their operators enough to care or they just don't train them as well as other places, or maybe they just don't care. I have no idea what combination of these it is, but I honestly don't see how they stay in business.
