Nice casual ambiance directly on Lake Bridgeport. This restaurant can be accessed directly from the lake by boat--it has an adjoining marina and dock. Great fried catfish and other seafood as well as some cajun dishes and hamburgers etc. Also has wonderful homemade pies and desserts. Beer and wine available at both the restaurant and bar area on a lower level. Nice view of sunsets over the water. Inside and outside dining available. Wonderful beans, slaw, and hushpuppies with meals. Also has great green tomato pickles that are served with each meal as an appetizer. Not so nice is the white iceburg lettuce that is served. Not even a hint of green in the salad! Please mix in some romaine or spinach for at least a little nutrition. Sometimes service can be slow, but in general, a nice place to have dinner. Pros: View/lake accessible, Great pies/catfish, Friendly owner/server Cons: , Building run-down, Needs TLC/redo
