I had never really known anyone who used this facility before still, we decided to have my son's 2nd birthday there. The girl who helped us was very polite but, the rest of the employees were rude and did not seem to really want to help! Most of there equipment was "Out of Order" and the employees were really too busy gossiping to notice! The day after my son's birthday he and all of his birthday guest contracted Hands,Foot and Mouth disease with a 104.5 TEMP!!! His doctor said that it is common in facilities that do not properly sanatize their equipment! This outraged me, since the cost of his party was NOT cheap ($200+), you would think they would at least have a clean place for your child to play! I would NEVER recomend this place to ANYONE! When I called to inform them of the incodent they seemed like they had heard this many times before and didnt seem to care! PARENTS BEWARE!!!!
