Review content:
We bought windows from this company a short time ago (last year). The windows came with a lifetime warranty.
One of them developed a crack. We were told that our warranty covered replacement. We reported this crack in April. We were told that the replacement would have to be ordered specially. Later we were told that the replacement had arrived. All of our interactions with them have been at our initiative (phone calls from us), not theirs.
It is now Saturday morning in late July and the replacement still hasn't been installed. Their website says they are open Saturday and Sunday afternoon. I just called again and was told by a pleasant person that service was not open on weekends and that our call would be returned first thing Monday morning. I can only hope....
Pros: The windows are pretty
Cons: Replacement service is terrible!
