I have been going to Shelly at First Impressions for about fifteen years now. She is an excellent stylist - I get regular trims from her, as well as a new style every so often, and I also get color/highlights done every few months. Shelly always works wiht me to give me a style and color that works for me. If for some reason I don't like something, I just have to go back to her and she will fix it free of charge. She is also a warm and friendly person, and we have definitely become friends over the years. Everyone else at First Impressions is also very nice - going there always feels like home :o). They have top of the line products and keep up to date with what is going on in the industry. Highly recommended! Beware though, Shelly is so popular it can take months to get an appointment with her.
