Review content:
Not only does Costco offer shopping for customers, it also offers tire changing service. You can purchase wheels for your cars for a great price, and have the service install them as well as align yoru tires. In addition to their services, you can return for free tire rotations and free patching. I've talked with a few auto repairs myself, and a lot of them recommend buying tires from Costco also! You can shop while you wait - you spend at least an hour inside the warehouse anyways!
