Review content:
We took a trip to a Statue of Liberty. First of all, a travel agent never mentioned that the tour did not include a visiting of the Statue of Liberty itself, and to the direct question, I received an abstract answer (which could meant both - yes and no). Our guide was Vladimir. From the very beginning he treated us as he was a leader of a Communist Party, and we must obey his rules. During the bus ride from one stop to another he was trying to tell us something interesting, but he was constantly distracted by his cell phone. It's OK, once or twice, but it was nonstop! Without any "Excuse me" or I'm sorry" he continued his speech. Every sentence he started with words: "My wife told..." or "Me and my wife went..." or "I told my wife", and etc. We were sick and tired or his WIFE. The trip was boring and lack of information. It's ended up by passing New Tours Agency and guide's comments that anybody who wants to travel with them again must go with him right now and pay. So, it's all about the money! Not recommend at all! Poor service!
