Stopped here with my son while on Vaca visiting family in Boston, the staff was very friendly, and even more impressive the young man that works there (Mr. Notimportant) was SO nice and patient with my son, who is severely Autistic. Most people are rude and not understanding when it comes to his outbursts. Mr.Notimportant was SO good with him, patients is a rare quality these days. He even gave my son a pair of plastic Vampire teeth that he kept asking me for. for FREE too. The smile on my son's face was priceless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There website has a bit too much going on, its hard to find things, but they amount of choices they have is ridiculous.
I bought a Ninja Sword for my sons 6th Bday that he picked out while we were there. I wanted to surprise him so I ordered it on their website when I got home. A day or two after I placed the order, I tracked the order (to my horror) it said it was out for delivery in Odessa TX not Florida. After speaking with Nancy who was very helpful and after letting her know the situation she told me she would get one out that day and that they would upgrade the shipping to priority (at no charge to me) so that I would get t on time. AWESOME customer service!
IT WASNT THEIR FAULT ( damn USPS), yet they ate the cost of another sword and upgraded shipping!
What more could I have asked for...
