Businiess name:  Spa Sydell

Review content:
In college (8 years ago) I lived across from a Spa Sydell and went for massages every other week. I never thought they were amazing per say, but they were very close. I decided to start getting my Brazilian wax done there, and the wax they use is so soft- it hurts SO BAD!!! I stopped going to Spa Sydell because I realized that I never left there happy, and spa services are supposed to relax your mind and body. I always left upset about something. Their front desk staff (at every location I've been to) act like they can't be bothered with customers. Fast forward to today... I just called to make an appointment at Spa Sydell in Roswell, and the operator informed me that they no longer accept American Express, and you now have to leave a cash tip! If Spa Sydell can raise their prices and open spas all over the Atlanta area, I think that they can afford to pay credit card fees. I'm disgusted and will never think to call them again. GO TO ONE OF ATLANTA'S FABULOUS BOUTIQUE SPAS! Pros: Good products Cons: Very commercial feeling, awful payment policies
