I engaged with this company through Costco by thinking it will be the good company to work with to replace my Counter tops. They failed on every step and there workmanship is very substandard. The salesman was very nice when taking the order and after I signed the cotract he disappeaed. Never returned my call. Measurement guy takes the wrong measurements and they have to fabricate twice. Instead of no seems on backing they put 2 seems and on counter top on sink side, I was told it will be one seam in between sinks and it will not be visible. They put 2 seems at most visible place. and now seems are visible from accross the room. Installers try to cut every corner to meet just the minimum standard, They removed the old plywood and did not installed a new one. When I complained, I was told by Duracite, it still meet minimun standard for instalation, I think the company just care about meeting minimum requirements, not to perform quality work at inflated price. Some place counter is hanging 1/4 inch high from cabinets, makes my renage area so small that range barely fit in.Instead of supporting sills close to windi with wood, the just make it sit on few nails. and leave a big cavity underneath. Now calking does not stay and it sink down.Did nor reinstall my electrical outlets and phone outlets as promised. They ask you to sign lot of waivers by telling you it is just formality, they will do it anyways, but they will not. Now my kitchen looks worse then before by spending 8000+ on just counter tops. Never ever use this company. They just try to meet minimum standard at high price. Not providing quality work. My biggest mistake was, I should check this site for the other review about this company. My trust on Costco cost me dearly. Dupont Should not sell there product for installation to this company and COSTO should not use this kind of inferior company to sell their products.
