I still don't know if this is a legitimate company or not, given that they do not even list a name on their on line advertising, invoices, or credit card slips. I was told by the person who answered the phone that the call would be a $45 service fee which would be applied to any work done, which of course, would be pre-authorized by me. The technician showed up in an unmarked crappy van with crappy clothes on and opened my garage door. I had to step away and when I came back, he said that he had replaced one of the springs and that would be $100 plus $95 in labor and $45 service call. He lied about the spring, however, because the old spring that he showed me was not my spring. He had removed the labels from both springs and denied it so I could not prove that it was mine. If I did not pay him, he threatened to take one of my springs and close the door. I ended up paying $175 to just get him out of there.
