Rental Professionals has managed the property that I own for over five years and does an outstanding job! I have read the negative comments from renters and agree that when renting to young people in a college town, there will be a larger percentage of renters that do not pay their rent on time, or will not properly care for rental properties in which they reside. Renter Professionals provides top quality rental properties at fair prices and manages those properties well. As an owner, I am impressed with the professionalism of Rental Professionals in assuring that my property is properly cared for, frequently inspected and repaired promptly if needed. I also appreciate that if necessary, irresponsible renters are promptly evicted and sued for back rents and reimbursement for repairs. I am glad that my property is professionally managed and the people who rent my property are always pleased that when they move in, it is in perfect condition.
