Businiess name:  Baileys Carpet One Floor & Hm

Review content:
This company is far from honest, BEWARE!! I recently went into the store to price carpet. I was very clear on what I wanted to spend & the prices I had received from different dealers. The salesman showed me 4 different samples, he then said he would speak to his manager and see what they could do for a price. A price was quoted to me. The salesman was terrible about returning phone calls & honoring promises he made. After much chasing on MY part I went into sign the contract and put money down. I also needed to verify my carpet choice at this time because the salesman forgot to bring me my sample when he came to measure??? Kind of an important thing to forget, don't you think?? When I got to the store he had completely different samples, ugly terrible samples on the floor. When I told him those were not the samples he showed me before and pointed out the ones he had, he said "oh no that carpet is way out of your price range" I can't even think of a crappy excuse to explain why you would quote a price on a different grade of produce than you were showing a customer. The salesman's answer to me was "sometimes you can't fix things when they go wrong" Yup there is a dandy salesman who has a job when there are millions of qualified, hardworking, HONEST unemployed people out there. BEWARE of this very very shady operation. Too bad you can't trust the hometown, family owned businesses anymore.
