Good: nothing. Bad: I was physically abused while there the last time I was there. I wasn't allowed to use the phone to call my family and when I tried to go to the first foor to complain the nurse and all the rest of the staff there ran after me and tore my night gown off me. I yelled for help from visitors there but they all thought I was mentally ill I guess. I finally got to call my son and a gown was provided for me after a male employee came to my aid. I used the phone and called my son to come get me.. Improvements: fire all the useless nurses and get competent nurses who will treat you as a person not an animal. I have a journal on all the happenings. Other: when my son got there he told them they better not try to stop me from going as he would call the police. they didn't, but isn't it strange that a hospital can lose a patient and not even call to ask why, especially when I was so sick. I went to another hospital and had emergency surgery..
