Review content:
Dr. Stephen Ayres and his staff: Debi, Wanda, Niki & Kelley (these are the ones we've met so far) are the nicest, most caring people you could ever hope to have care for your pets. After the sudden passing of our previous dog in May, we adopted another dog from Pets-N-Pals animal shelter. We had mixed feelings about our previous Vet because of his uncaring and callous front off staff so we decided to find another Vet for the newest member of our family. Pets-N-Pals gave us a certificate for a free check-up for our new puppy and Venetian Pet Hospital was on the list. It is very close to our house so we decided to try them. We are so glad we did. The doctor and his staff are the friendliest, most professional people, and when you walk in the door they make you feel like you're dropping in to see friends. They take the time to answer any questions you may have, large or small, no matter how insignificant it may be. The facilities are extremely clean and inviting, and their fees for services are very reasonable. If your dog or cat just needs shots, you can make an appointment with the Technician so you don't have the added cost of an unneeded appointment with the Doctor, something that many Veterinarians force you to pay. We're looking forward to a long and happy relationship with Dr. Ayres and his staff.
