Review content:
As I was being serviced in this salon, a young Indian women spoke Gujarati to her co-worker, then looked at me. Not privy to the conversation, I requested a translation due to the blatantly disrespectful body language. Unbelievably, her co-worker translated the comment. I was immediately offended and angered. Unsocialized and without business etiquette, a very anti-American comment was shared with me, as if this is normal business practice. This hideous comment hinted to superiority. PAYAL BEAUTY SALON WORKERS, please be aware of your customer base. Stemming from a familial heritage of doctors, lawyers, international business tycoons, and educators - I am %100 sure these ignorant ladies would have been more careful had they known this information. EVERYONE deserves respect, regardless of these employees limited information on a person's social class, cultural background, or financial status. This was classism at work and it has no place in a business environment where I'm patronizing. If you have experienced this shameful act from this salon, please report it to www.bbb.org (Better Business Bureau
