Good: Finally a Philippine franchise comes to the Northwest. Some of the favorites like Filipino spaghetti and fried chicken are welcomed sights. Good to see the famous Halo-Halo (shaved ice mixed with fruit toppings) available. That's what they're famous for.. Bad: The service was quite slow. During busy times it can take up 30 minutes or so just to get to order food, then again if busy another 30 to get your food. Granted they are new but that's crazy. I went on a slow day and it wasn't horribly bad but they need to step it up to keep customers happy.. Improvements: Make it closer to what they have in the Philippines. I know the ingredients are probably not the same but the closer they stick to the original the better. People have been waiting for this place to open for years and now that it's hear it's a big let down. The noodles were rather soggy. The fried chicken was too dry. The mango shake was more of an icee than a shake. Not what I expected at all.. Other: I know over time their service will improve. I just hope that they stay true to the origin of the franchise. It would be a shame to see a big name get a black eye..
