I just want to take a minute to thank Steven from Family Pool & Spa. I had come from taking my daughter out and helping her with her new place. I has worked all day as a hairstylist and could not have been more tired! I have a spa in my Condo, in the sun room, not on a porche out side, but inside! I heard a water sound pouring. To my horror my spa was pouring out water and flooded my sunroom, the time was Saturday night at 7pm! No one answer the phone at the store. So I got out into my car and raced to Family Pool & Spa. The store was closed! But thank goodness, Steven was just getting into his truck to leave and saw I was in a panic. On his own time , he got his tools and the shop fac to clear out the water and came to my Condo to help me But not for Steven, I don't know what I would have done!! The next day, again on his time. I was still having trouble. Steven to the rescued once again! Thank you again Steven for being my hero!! It is nice to know there are still people out there; who care and are willing to help just to be kind. Family Pool & Spa surely is very lucky to have aman like Steven as one of their representatives
