I wanted to thank you for all of your help in making the process of changing our coverage not only cost effective, but an easy transition. When we first met and discussed our options for coverage, I expected to find subtle variations at best from our current coverage. I was surprised to find out we’d been over insured on our home owner’s policy while we were under insured in other areas. It was soon clear we’d taken for granted how long it had been since we had a detailed analysis of our policy and insurance needs.
I truly appreciated your thorough, detailed approach in determining our individual needs. It was clear that your questions, concerns and recommendations had our best interest in mind. For that, we’re left with peach of mind.
Your staff was also very helpful in processing information, assisting with documentation as well as anticipating our questions.
