Review content:
had researched which vet would be the best in my area for rabbits and Dr. Nathanson was the first on the list. I had my 4 month old rabbit at the time come in for a check up ($50) and was skeptical that my bunny would be calm enough for the vet. Regardless, as soon as she stepped in the door she greeted us warmly and immediately got to work. She handled my bunny with care and she was the calmest I have ever seen her! She wont even let me pick her up at home. After a few weeks I took her back into the vet to get my bunny spayed and the staff was very kind and told me how well she did during surgery. It made me feel they cared about my pet and they handled her extremely well!
I took another of my rabbits, a 3 month old boy, to another vet bc he was sneezing and I couldnt get an appt for North Seattle Vet in time. This particular vet was completely opposite! The vet was pinning my bunny down and was a little too rough for my liking. She even took him into a back room saying she would weigh him, but was gone for a good 5 minutes and I could not see what she was actually doing. It was very uncomfortable and made me regret making that appt with this new vet. I will now never go anywhere but to Dr Nathanson!
