Be very careful! Creekwood Apart. Mngr. "Susan" is very very dishonest. This place has decent rental prices but the living conditions are horrible. The first week my wife and I lived there, a man got shot right in front of our face. Withing three weeks Kettering Police held a sting here and busted another gentleman with a half pound of crack cocaine.
The city of Kettering is constantly out there due to raw sewage leaks & numerous code violations. You will be subjected to Bugs - R - Us coming into your apartment once every two months to spray ( due to the horrible roach problem). I would call the police and get a report on this place before renting. You will sign a 13 month lease & live miserably.
