We'd been thinking of getting new windows when Harley cold called so they were in luck, The salesman did a good job and wasn't pushy what so ever, A 3 man crew came and installed the 11 windows and 1 sliding door (all downstairs) about 2 weeks later, They were friendly, polite, and tidy. the job was completed in about 5 hours, which was a little quicker than they predicted, myself and the lead crewman looked over the job at the end, he found one small problem with a screen (that I would've never spotted) and said someone would come and replace/repair it within a week. I found another small problem a couple of days later and reported to Harley's main office. both problems were rectified about 5 days later to our complete satisfaction. I would happily recommended Harley Exteriors
