Review content:
I do considerable research on all home projects, which lead me to call Paul's Service. There are several do-it-yourself website which indicated that our "lid-switch," had failed. I was impressed by Paul's in taking their time in talking with us on the phone. It became apparent that Paul new what he was talking about, being open to home diagnosis I was given an quote and I made an appointment.
The switch was bad, Paul showed me what went wrong and he was comfortable in me watching him work. In short-order our machine was working as good as new.
Impressed with the professionalism and their willingness to take time to talk with me about my machines.
