I did not go to the dentist because of an overwhelming fear of pain. My last expereince left me very fearful and afraid of the massive amounts of pain and needles. After calling Dental Plus twice and then cancelling, I finally decided to call again because my teeth and gums are in such bad shape. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mya.. She was wonderful !! I talked about the lousy reviews and my apprehensions but she was very nice and comforting. I then met Mr. Friedman and the young man who took the ex-rays. I explained in no uncertain terms my fears and they were great. Then I met Laura and Amber and of coarse Bobby because I had the DOCS . I tell you my mouth feels great. The bill is extensive and expensive but I really felt comfortable. I will review my bill carefully and I have informed Laura that I will go over it with a fine tooth comb but she was still very nice and pleasant. I am not an easy paitent but because of their overall concern and caring I try to remind myself to be nice. I have several more treatments but I am not as scared and the first treatment on my gums barely hurt at all when I woke up..I have to have 2 extractions on friday and I will let you know the outcome, but overall I think I am in love with Dr. Friedman and his team !!
