After reading all the reviews about the Kalispell Outlaw hotel I was very apprehensive about staying there. After making my reservation however I felt much better about the place. The young man who took my reservation was very friendly and helpful and assured us that he would be working when we checked in late the next night to take care of any questions. He was and did. I did feel that the hotel was a bit far away from the Airport but then was assured that a shuttle would be waiting for us at the airport to takes us to the hotel. The shuttle driver was very nice, as was the shuttle that we were picked up in, later we found out that the shuttle driver was also the new owner of the hotel so I thought that was a very nice touch. The rooms were a bit run down but they were clean and everything worked and I was really impressed by the size of the room. We did not get the type of room that we had requested but were upgraded to a nicer room which more than made up for that mistake. The friendly service more than made up for the room conditions (which weren’t that bad) and I would recommend The Outlaw Hotel to all of my friends who are going to Kalispell.
