We feel compelled to write a note of appreciation for your agent Roger Simon. He made sure we made a fully educated decision when we bought our vacation condo. His knowledge of all the communities and his patience with us was invaluable. His experience as an attorney was very helpful in answering our questions about the process, and even for events after closing. There certainly were no surprises, and for that we are grateful. We love our new place, and look forward to recommending Roger's services to any of our family and friends who want to buy a place in Boca.
