The Irving, Texas store does not honor its own policies. I went in to buy some car stereo speakers and was told that they would match prices. I found the same speakers at another retailer and showed them the ad. They said that they would match the price. I was ready to purchase them and guess what? They didn't have them in stock. I asked them to transfer them from another store and they said that they would. After a week, I called back and was told the transfer never took place because of inventory. Apparently no one could take the time to call me. I contacted the Plano store and they had the speakers in stock. However, they would not honor the same price guarantee that the Irving store said they would. Very inconsistent pricing policies. I sent a comment to the store and have yet to hear back in 2 weeks. I don't expect anything at this point, but will definitely NEVER shop there again.
