Good: I loved the selection available. I was looking for a very specific type of cue for my friend's birthday. Billiards Direct had it AND it was cost less than other places I'd found online. Brandon (the owner) was amazingly helpful and patiently answered all my billiards-newbie-questions.. Bad: The front of the store has parking but it's metered. It was only a quarter, but I just don't really like parking meters.. Improvements: I would love to see a Billiards and Darts Direct website where I could actually order their products online. They presently have a website but you still need to go to the store to actually buy anything. I guess that's fine though because it was a really neat store.. Other: I'm not a billiards player but I just might start learning now that I Billiards and Darts Direct is right in my neighborhood..
