Good: I'd say this much, they are GREAT sales people NOT "pet people" which SHOULD be their profession.. Bad: Everything about them says "money sucking practice"... do I look like a sucker?. Improvements: Charge industry standards, don't sell people what they don't want (plans, drugs, surgeries etc.). Actually BE a true "animal lover" AND NOT "money lover"?
That is GOOD PRACTICE!. Other: I'm sorry, but I won't be back!
Why go to a casino called "Banfield" that is same as just throwing away cash?
Banfield SUCKS!.
